To give as many people as possible a chance to win the coveted titles as possible, the tournament is being run slightly differently. Some of the key information to be aware of include:
Entry is open to all fully financial members.
There are no entry fees for this year's tournament but players may be required to provide their own tennis balls for matches prior to the semi-finals stage.
All matches, apart from the finals, will be able to be played at a time arranged by players with their opponents with assistance from the tournament director. While the club will set aside certain weekends for players to play their matches, this will allow players to have more flexibility in completing their matches within a certain time period..
The finals will be held on Saturday 29 April.
All entrants will receive a confirmation that their entry has been received and additional information will be provided to all entrants..
Timed doubles event on Saturday 29 April - for members and non-members
On the day of the finals, a timed doubles event will also be held. This is open to everyone - members and non-members and is free of charge. Players who have entered the club championships but may not be playing finals are also permitted to join.
The exact format and timing will be decided closer to the date. If you would like to enter or have an interest in playing in the timed event, a form can be found on the last page of the attached entry form and needs to be submitted by 17 April.
